Akshar Sangeet Foundation

Medha and Ram Deshpande have been running Week-End school (a free class held every Sunday named as Week-End school) at their farm house near Khanapur, Pune for the last 8 years for nearby rural students.

Initially for the first 6 years, they focused on Mathematics, English, Value Education and Personality Development.

Medha and Ram have included the objective to achieve self-reliance (आत्मनिर्भरता) through education post 10th standard.

Deserving students are supported financially for their higher education by Akshar Sangeet Foundation.
